论企业移动学习效果评价体系的构建

     

摘要

Based on Professor Kirkpatrick's four -level training evaluation model and the characteristics of mobile learning,an evaluation system of enterprise mobile learning and its operation process are built,which include the learning platform,the students and the company.Then,some guarantee measures are offered for the smooth implementation of the system.It is hoped that this study can provide some useful reference for the evaluation of the effect of enterprise mobile learning.%以唐纳德·柯克帕特里克(Donald L.Kirkpatrick)教授提出的四层次评价模型为理论基础,根据移动学习区别于传统培训的特点,力图构建包含学习平台、学员、企业等较完善的移动学习效果评价体系和操作流程,并提出相应的保障措施,以期为企业移动学习效果评价提供有益借鉴。
