山东论坛(2016)网站翻译项目实践报告——从模因论看外宣翻译

摘要

随着近年来全球化的迅猛发展以及区域一体化的加深，区域性交流合作逐渐增多。在山东省政府的指导与支持下，山东论坛由山东大学和韩国高等教育财团联合主办。2016年4月至10月，笔者参与了山东论坛(2016)项目，并担任学生笔译团队组长，进行论坛网站翻译工作，为山东论坛(2016)的顺利召开及山东省和山东大学的外宣工作贡献了力量。
　　本翻译实践报告以作者的笔译项目实践经历为基础，以模因论为指导，采用案例分析法对笔者所做外宣翻译进行归纳、梳理和总结。笔者在译前进行了详尽的准备，通过审阅原文本，分析了原文本的语言特色及外宣材料性质。翻译过程中，在模因论指导下采用翻译补偿、去繁就简、变换句式、专有名词回译、借代、使用对应词缀等翻译策略解决实践中出现的问题。翻译任务完成后，笔者对翻译过程中各个环节进行反思，针对问题提出改进方法。
　　报告共分为六章，即背景介绍、任务描述、翻译过程、模因论和外宣翻译介绍，个案分析及总结，对“山东论坛(2016)”项目中的笔译实践任务进行了详细记述、分析与总结，试图探讨模因论的基本思想及其对外宣翻译策略的指导意义。
