在线英语学习社区学习者体验研究

摘要

在网络英语学习训练营蓬勃发展的背景下，本研究试图探索在线英语学习社区的成功和不足之处，并为以后的在线英语学习社区建设提供借鉴。研究者通过注册进入在线英语学习社区，并与社区参与者进行交流与沟通，选择其中3名训练营参与者作为研究对象，进行深度访谈，获取数据。
　　笔者主要采用参与式观察、深度访谈以及记录心得分享体会，收集了网络学习训练营中学习成员在学习过程中的体验，并通过内容分析法，将学习者体验从学习者、教师、学习活动以及学习环境四个维度进行进一步编码，整理出学习者在学习社区中获得了哪些学习体验，并分析哪些因素会对学习者体验产生影响。
　　研究发现:学习者的情绪体验包括成就感、归属感和挫败感三个方面;在教师维度，学习者肯定了教师的专业性，但对教学风格提出了不同意见;在学习活动维度，学习者对学习内容的质量以及数量较为满意，但固定的学习模式限制了学生主观能动性的发挥;在学习环境维度，学习者通过人际交往获得了较强的归属感，网络以及学习平台设计仍有待提高。
　　学习者体验的影响因素包括三个方面:学习者、学习社区以及学习平台。学习者的动机与期待会直接影响其学习表现及体验;学习社区的活动可以提升学习者的学习成果体验，人际互动则会影响学习者的情绪体验，促进了学习者归属感以及参与感的提高;学习平台的设计则对技术环境有直接的影响。
