中国一带一路背景下波兰与中国战略伙伴关系发展

摘要

For years,Polish-Chinese relations have been developing dynamically.Following the establishment of official diplomatic relations62years ago,both sides have placed high value on creating a beneficial friendship between Poland and China.China is chief among the prioritized directions of Polish foreign policy in Asia,and its importance is evidenced in the vigorous political dialogue that has been ongoing since the establishment of the China-Poland Strategic Partnership in2011.The paper examines this current Poland-China strategic partnership of these partner states within the context of China's One Belt,One Road initiative,and the possibility of even closer future relations between them because of this initiative.
　　The research includes a survey of the historical context and is also divided into three dimensions:economic,political and societal—elements that encompass the major aspects that affect international relations.Subsequently,the relationship both between China and Europe and then between China and Poland were analyzed and interpreted.This thesis is a study of international relations between Poland and China within the context of the various mechanisms thiough which this international interaction and cooperation occur,including politics,economics,and cultural exchanges.The aim of this paper is to explore past and current Polish-Chinese economic relations and to outline the past difficulties that had occurred and their affects.
　　This paper shows that the comprehensive strategic partnerstfip established between Poland and China in2011operates as the current central format of their international relations.Finally,it highlights the emerging opportunity for Poland to position itself as a primary trade partner of China within in Europe,showing that until now no country has been designated as China's primary ally on the European continent.The thesis endeavours to demonstrate that Poland is capable of filling the role of a China's primary European ally,and argues that such an alignment of mutual diplomatic cooperation is not only currently viable but,ultimately,serves the short-term and long-term agendas of both nations.
