摘要

本文对小学英语形成性评价进行了研究。文章介绍了教育评价理论和形成性评价的概念以及在英语教学中实施形成性评价的理论依据;阐述了在小学英语教学中使用形成性评价的必要性和意义;介绍了一些常见的形成性评价工具;阐述了形成性评价在小学英语教学中的具体实施过程,并列举了一些个性化评价工具以及它们的使用情况。文章作者用调查问卷的方式,考察了所在城市十多所小学的英语教学和评价现状,设计出一个实施形成性评价的具体方案,在自己所带的三个班级中付诸实践,并将整个实施过程及结果呈现出来。
