摘要

随着中国加入世贸组织及改革开放的深化,中国在世界上扮演着越来越重要的角色。而外商投资的增加使法律翻译在外商和中国商业之间架起了一道桥梁,《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的英译,有助于世界和外商投资了解中国的立法现状和政策,从而保护劳动者的合法权益。
  基于对《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》具体条文的翻译,作者指出了在翻译过程中遇到的问题和困难,并从词汇、句法和文化因素等方面提出了具体的翻译策略。通过分析中英法律语言的差异,作者认识到法律翻译应坚持准确性、一致性,和简洁性原则,以确保法律语言的严谨性、庄重性和确切性。
