多元智能理论指导下的高中英语课堂差异教学活动的研究

摘要

随着高中生人数激增，班级规模的扩大，一个班级的人数达到50甚至更多的现象非常常见。面对繁重的教学压力，有限的教学课时，教师难以关注到每个学生的身心发展，以教师为中心的传统应试教学模式已经很难适应新课程标准改革的要求。为了解决这种情况，教师必须转变思想观念，接受并尊重学生的差异，因势利导，改革传统的教学方法以适应学生的多元化需求。为了解决这一紧迫的问题，差异教学被再一次提上了议事日程。基于多元智能理论的差异教学能够指导教师更加灵活地设计教学目标，处理教学过程，在让每个学生的需求得到满足的同时获得教与学的双赢。
　　为了证明差异教学对于提高学生的英语语言水平是有效的，笔者在江西省赣州中学的高一（9）班进行了为期一学年的差异教学实验，以高一（9）班为实验班，而与之同一层次的高一（15）班为控制班，进行传统教学。实验分为三个阶段：前期通过水平测试了解学生的英语水平，中期采用第一学期期末试卷，后期采用第二学期期末试卷来检测学生这一学年的差异教学成果。期间借助根据多元智能理论改编的问卷调查来了解学生的学习策略，对学生进行归类，更好地指导差异教学，满足学生的不同需求。以上数据用SPSS进行分析。实验结果证明差异教学能够显著地增强学生的学习兴趣，提高学习效率，实现课堂的高效化。
