基于语料库的中国英语专业本科高年级学习者英语写作中介词+名词搭配研究

摘要

搭配能力是衡量中介语水平的一个重要标准。掌握搭配有助于学习者产出地道表达，是自如运用一门语言的前提。随着二十世纪八十年代语料库语言学的兴起，基于语料库的词语搭配研究在外语教学与研究中的重要性已日益彰显。
　　本研究基于中介语对比分析理论，利用语料库提供的真实语言数据，采用定量与定性分析相结合的研究方法，探寻中国英语专业本科高年级学习者在介词+名词搭配行为方面与英语本族语者的差距，并尝试性地探讨导致差距的原因，旨在为外语词汇教学与习得提供有价值的启示。
　　本研究所选学习者语料库取自中国学习者英语语料库中的大学英语专业3-4年级学习者作文子语料库，所参照的本族语语料库LOCNESS是从英美大学生的作文中随机选取的。本文通过索引软件AntConc3.2.4w提取信息，利用Log-likelihood Calculator进行在线卡方检验，计算MI值以确定显著搭配词等研究步骤，重点分析了四个常用介词：to。of。in,for在两个语料库中的名词搭配使用情况。
　　研究结果表明，中国英语专业本科高年级学习者在使用介词+名词搭配方面与英语本族语者相比较存在显著性差异：
　　1）搭配词不丰富；
　　2）超用、少用或避免使用某些显著搭配词；
　　3）搭配不准确。导致差距的可能因素有：
　　1)母语干扰；
　　2)汉语中某些介词缺失；
　　3)目标语输入不够；
　　4)过渡概括。
　　基于以上研究结果，文章进一步对英语介词+名词搭配的学习和教学提出以下建议：首先，教师要提高学习者的介词+名词搭配意识；其次，教师在教学中应把英语中的介词+名词搭配与可能的汉语对应体进行对比，尤其要注重中英中有差异的介词+名词搭配，从而使学习者避开母语的干扰；再次，增加英语介词+名词搭配的输入；最后，采用语料库辅助外语教学。
