从目的论角度看儿童文学的翻译——以《柳林风声》的两个中译本为例

摘要

儿童文学是文学的一个分支，既有一般文学所具有的共性，也有其特殊性，对于儿童身心成长以及人生观、世界观的形成具有非常重要的作用。随着儿童文学的发展，儿童文学的翻译活动也愈来愈重要。近也引起了许多国内外学者的重视，他们开始尝试从不同的理论角度对儿童文学的翻译进行探索。在中国，儿童文学翻译源于明末清初，之后不少著名的学者和翻译者投身于童话翻译，并且尝试研究童话翻译，这对我国儿童文学的发展产生了深远的影响。近几年，儿童文学翻译受到许多学者和译者的重视，并随之出现了一些有关儿童文学翻译的理论。但是目前为止儿童文学翻译的研究还远远不够，翻译中仍有许多问题值得探讨。
　　本文从目的论出发，结合儿童文学翻译中的实际问题，讨论了儿童文学翻译中译者所要遵循的翻译原则以及采取的翻译策略。文章以个案研究的方式，以《柳林风声》的两个中译本为例，从目的论的三个原则，即目的原则、连贯原则以及忠实原则对这两个中译本从语言、修辞、文化三个层面进行对比研究，分析了三个原则是如何指导译者的翻译行为的。分析后作者得出结论:由于翻译目的的不同，两位译者采用了不同的翻译策略和方法，从而导致了两个译本在语言及风格上呈现不同的特点。
