基于教师专业发展的英语教师职前教育课程设置研究——以广西师范大学为例

摘要

目前，在我国中小学都普遍开设了英语课程，这对培养基础英语教育师资的高校而言，肩负着一项光荣而艰巨的任务，因为英语教师的职前教育，对基础英语教育有着直接的、重要的影响。因此，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出，要严格教师资质，提升教师素质，努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍。而就职前教育而言，课程设置则是影响教师培养的最基本因素。可见，开展对职前教育的课程设置研究，其意义是不言而喻的。
　　受已有研究的启发，本文以教师知识相关理论以及系统理论为指导，以从广西师范大学英语教育专业毕业的英语教师、在读大四学生为调查对象，运用问卷调查与访谈的方法，对英语教育专业的课程设置状况做调查，旨在发现课程设置存在的问题，进而提出针对性的建议。
　　调查结果显示:(1)课程结构不合理。学科专业知识相关课程在教师教育课程设置中占比例偏高;(2)课程内容不足。口语语言技能课、教育知识课以及教学实践课不足;(3)教师教育理论与教育实践存在相脱节现象。
　　针对调查发现的问题，本文提出的建议有:(1)课程内部结构改革。调整学科知识相关课程，降低比例;同时调整教师教育课程结构;(2)课程内容改革。根据社会和学生需要，适当增加口语语言技能课、教育知识课以及教学实践课程以及课时;(3)理论课程与实践课程联系整合。注重教育知识的实用性和实践性，开设教师教育理论以及教育实践相联系的课程。
　　本文主要由五章组成。第一章是前言，主要介绍研究的背景、目的、意义以及论文的主要框架。第二章是文献综述，对相关术语做简单阐述，对国内外相关研究成果进行回顾。第三章主要阐述调查过程。调查结果、结果分析与讨论、相关建议等在第四章中提及第五章提及相关建议。第六章是结语。
