摘要

教师专业发展是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的核心内容之一,它强调教师要终身学习,适应教育发展的需要。“中小学教师国家级培训计划”作为提高中小学教师特别是农村教师队伍整体素质的重要举措,于2010年在我国全面实施,它对于进一步推进义务教育均衡发展,促进基础教育改革具有重要的意义。但是,国内关于这方面的研究才刚刚起步,还有许多工作要做。本研究通过对参与广西师范大学“国培计划”中西部农村骨干教师初中英语培训项目的广西桂北地区农村初中英语教师进行调查,了解他们的专业情况以及“国培计划”对专业发展所产生的效果,讨论“国培计划”如何更好结合实际促进农村初中英语教师专业发展问题。
  本研究的指导理论是教师专业发展理论,采用的方法是问卷调查和访谈的定量、定性研究方法,研究对象是58名曾先后参与过广西师范大学“国培计划”中西部农村骨干教师初中英语培训项目的教师。农村初中英语教师专业发展调查问卷是在参照贾爱武(2003)的中学英语教师专业发展问卷的基础上修改而成的。该问卷共分为五个维度:教师职业价值观、学科知识和技能、科研能力与自我发展、培训及需求、对“国培计划”的态度。并在该问卷的基础上结合“国培计划”,修改制成“国培计划”培训效果调查表。研究内容包括:1.农村初中英语教师专业发展的总体情况;2.“国培计划”英语学科的培训效果;3.“国培计划”实施的主要问题及农村初中英语教师对“国培计划”实施的主要需求。所收集到的数据采用SPSS17.0进行数据分析。
  调查结果表明:1.农村初中英语教师专业发展意识的整体情况较好。2.“国培计划”英语学科培训反馈的总体效果相当不错,学员认为收获最大的是促进了教学理念的更新,同时,专业知识、技能、教师职业价值观与学科研究能力等也得到一定的提升。3.有些教师需要进一步提升英语基础知识、教学技能及科研能力和师德修养。4.“国培计划”存在的问题是“有的培训内容与实际需要不符,缺乏实用性”、“学习时间短,任务重”、“学员专家之间交流少”等。他们提出的需求主要有:结合课改需要增加教师专业发展的相关知识;以中学具有丰富教学经验的教师为授课主体;更多的采用参与式、互动式的培训方式。
  依据研究结果,本文结合我国当今农村初中英语教育的实际,分别从教育行政部门的责任、各级培训机构和单位的义务、培训者的做法与参训者的意识等方面提出针对性的建议。
