《都柏林公约》节选翻译报告——纽马克文本类型理论指导下语义翻译与交际翻译法的应用

摘要

本文是基于《都柏林公约III》引言部分、第一章及第二章的翻译报告。当下，英国脱欧、美国的新移民政策把移民危机推向了高潮，而欧盟又是此次移民潮主要的波及区域。鉴于《都柏林公约III》是欧盟移民系统的重要组成部分，鉴于中西方存在巨大的法律文化差异（特别是在移民法领域），笔者希望本文能够为移民法相关领域的翻译实践提供补充和指导。
　　笔者从纽马克文本类型理论的角度出发，强调本法律文本兼具表达型文本和信息型文本的特点，并着眼于源文本的语言特点和翻译难点，主要从长难句、语态、法律术语、古体词、专有名词、代词几个方面探讨了语义翻译法和交际翻译法的应用，力求在尊重原作者和目的语读者之间找到平衡点。
