摘要

This paper utilizes object-oriented method to implement reconfiguration of mechatronic systems. Basic components used to construct the mechatronic system are classified by their characteristics and functions. Their essential parameters and actions are encapsulated into the corresponding component classes to form a component object model, which is used to establish a functional component library. A component-object-model based reconfiguration technique for mechatronic system is put forward. A computer direct controlled system for a quartz grinding machine is constructed later using the technique. Practical application shows the technique is applicable.
