How TBDF Regulations Affect the Operation of Multinational Corporations Via Global Information Systems

The impact of TBDF regulations on Multinational corporations' (MNC) decision-making and the management of international information system management has been validated in the past decade. However, little research has been conducted to explore the relationship among TBDF regulations, MNCs' decision-making and their global information system (GIS). This paper aims to provide an analytical framework to depict the implicit relationship by investigating five MNCs. The results indicated that the relationship among TBDF regulations, GIS and organization's decision-making exists under certain conditions.
