摘要

EPA and DHA in fish oil are separated by Urea Inclusion-Supercritical Fluid CO_2 Extraction. Results show that this combined method can enrich EPA and DHA efficiently, with the concentration of (EPA+DHA) increasing from 6.31% to 56.7%. Molar ratio of the urea to fatty acid esters and SFE temperature have important effects on the concentration of (EPA+DHA), while SFE pressure doesn't have an obvious impact on the enrichment. The optimum conditions are obtained: molar ratio of urea to fatty acid esters is 9 : 1, SFE pressure and temperature are 24 MPa, 45℃, respectively.
