The Research of Relationship between Social Capital and Corporate Knowledge's Transfer and Innovation

Innovation, as an important firm strategy, is the key activity that contributes to building core competitive advantage. During the process, the social capital decides the level of company's gaining innovative knowledge and innovating. This paper, based on social capital theory and knowledge management theory, explores the relationship between knowledge's transfer and innovation, and identify the three social capitals which impacting on knowledge's transfer and innovation.
