Study on Financing Mode of Indemnificatory Housing Construction in China

摘要

At present, indemnificatory housing construction in China faces a considerable financing gap. In this paper, main financial models of indemnificatory housing construction are analyzed to point out drawbacks such as over dependent of government funds, poor finance stability, lack of encouragement for local government and disabled innovation and usage of financial instruments. Moreover, suggestions and innovative financial modes for the indemnificatory housing construction in China are proposed.
