摘要

Objective: In this study, a analysis was taken to compare the physical fitness average values among the 2group objects which were selected through a questionnaire survey: aerobatic training group (AT), AT combined with ST(AS). Study the effection of two kinds of exercises on elder's physical fitness. Method: One hundred and twenty elders aged 50-60 years was divide into aerobatic training group (AT) (60), AT combined with ST (AS) group (60). In addition, a training programmed lasting for 12 weeks was arranged on the objects not undertaking systematic exercises. Before and after the experimental training the fitness tests were undertaken and the indexes of the fitness tests were compared. Conclusion: Suitable and regular resistance training could enhance the elders work endurance, produce beneficial effects to their aerobic-work capacity and produce optimal effects to their cardiac function.
