摘要

With the development of iron and steel industry,the thin slab Continuous Casting and Direct Rollign produciton (CCDR) is just develoepd for the more productivity and better quality of hot rolling strips production.lThe temperature history of thin slab during hte continuous casting process and reheat process is ocmmonly known as a dey factor significantly affecting the performance of thin slab and the quality o the finishign procduce in CCDR.A finite element anumerical modle mainly focusing on the thin slab in CCDR has been developed in which the powerful FEM software ansys 5.3 is used.In the model temeprature distribution simulation of the slab isncludes three parts,i.e.,i,thin slab in caster,ii,thin slab in transfer roller,iii,thin slab in reheat furnace.In the paper,the numericla temeprature simulation result is agreed well with the practice.
