Solving the Problem of Employment for Graduates of Higher Education Institutions: Increasing the Degree of Employers’ Participation in the Educational Process

The article considers the problem of employment of university graduates. Modern approaches to the employment of young professionals are analyzed. There are identified trends in the development of partnerships between universities and enterprises in the industry. Possible ways of improving the graduates' employment rate are discussed, including through the active participation of employers in the educational process.
