Input - Output Model Reconsidered: Towards a Stochastic Version

摘要

Input-output model is useful instrument that makes possible to capture an interface between components of real economic system and also structures of relations with its surrounding environment. It represents a method of quantitative expression of industrial process that entraps production and usage not only as a unit but also as a structure. This paper is focused on exploitation of a stochastic simulation method at analysis of regional development. Our aim is to record the structure and behaviour of a region, and thus create the input-output model of the region's structure and behaviour. Practical application of stochastic simulation on the model of Czech economy is demonstrated as well.
