摘要

The relationship between corporate culture and human resource management had attracted academia's attention for a long time. Scholars often explored the impact on human resources management from corporate culture through examining how corporate culture affects employee behavior. Based on the literature review, this article divided corporate culture into four types and explored how different culture types influence human resource management effectiveness on the organizational level. The authors have obtained the data by questionnaire based on 297 employees. This article examined the effect on human resource management effectiveness from corporate culture using regression analysis and found that different types of corporate cultures have different significant effect on human resource management effectiveness.
