摘要

Pymetrozine and R-768 are ncuroactive insecticide with a selective activity against homopteran insects. Their novel mode of action makes them more effective in integrated pest management programmes. Based on their structure characteristic, 10 new derivatives were designed and synthesized, which were confirmed by IR, NMR and HRMS. In addition, the crystal of Pymetrozine in methanol was obtained so that we investigate the relationship between configuration and bioactivity.
