In today's booming economy and increasingly competitive market, the corporate culture inertia, accompanied by the development of corporate culture (CC), becomes more and more prominent in a complex and volatile environment, and even becomes an obstacle to the sustainable development of the enterprises. We may sum up the factors to the emerging of the CC inertia as the following three aspects: structural inertia, cultural conflict and the impact of traditional culture from two aspects: the system structure and environment of the CC. Considering the causes of the CC inertia, we shall carry out innovation in order to avoid the culture inertia, i.e., we shall start with CC management innovation, leaders' and staff's conceptual innovation, marketing culture innovation, management culture innovation and the creation of a learning CC.
