According to the present invention, a method for providing a corporate culture design innovation service for smart office culture innovation (SOCI) comprises: a smart office human innovation (SOHI) step of receiving preliminary survey data collected from at least one organization member, and generating a prototype which is an initial construction version of a design by at least one parameter extracted based on the inputted survey data; a smart office organization innovation (SOOI) step of extracting a smart office standard module including a work space, an executive space, and a work support space mapped to the at least one parameter corresponding to the generated prototype to be stored; a smart office space innovation (SOSI) step of generating smart office zoning, smart office layout, smart office specification, and construction data based on the extracted smart office standard module; and a smart office working innovation (SOWI) step of providing a solution corresponding to the at least one parameter of SOHI.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
