A Novel Microwave Spst Switch with enhanced power handling capability

摘要

A novel microstrip SPST switch for S-band with enhanced power-handling capability have been designed and tested. Switch contains a pin-diode, a stub and a steped impedance resonator. They form an electronically controlled resonator. Switch combines bandpass filter characteristics in low-power regime and wide bandwidth fo isolation and enhanced power-handling eapability in high-power regime.
