摘要

Electric detonators may explode when pick up enough electric energy from Radio-Frequency(RF) fields. Safety power density of electric detonators can be used to compute safety distance, and equivalent electromagnetic field strength can be used to verify the safety distance of commercial electric detonators. In this paper, a new method is invented to verify the calculation of safety distance in National Defense Key Laboratory of Strong Electromagnetism Emulation and the Protection Technique. The verification proved that the new method is a feasible method to verify the safety distance of commercial electric detonators.
