Even it is too far away from a real brain, a learning theory on a black-bix type brain model may still provide useful understanding how a general principle (if exists ) guides brain learning in at least an abstract level. In addition to its role of unifying anumber of existing statistical learning models and theories, the recent developed Bayesian Ying-Yang (BYY) system and theory [30, 19, 20, 21, 8, 9, 11, 9, 11, 13, 17] can be regarded as such a theory for both perception and motorcontrol (i.e., association, reaction, etc) even under a temporal environment with input and output being time series.
