摘要

As the economy of tourism is developing swiftly, the tourism real estate principally aimed at satisfying the leisure, tourism and entertainment needs of the people is becoming the hot spot of real estate development. From the viewpoint of customer experience value management, this thesis researches into the innovative development of the tourism real estate, and reveals successful methods of developing tourism real estate which is customer oriented by integrating the case analysis of Shanghai Xintiandi.
