FUZZY EXPERT SYSTEM FOR DOSAGE ADJUSTING IN MEDICAL TREATMENT

摘要

In this paper are considered some major uncertainties existent in medicine which are leading to the necessity of using the Fuzzy Logic in the medical Expert Systems Design. There are described the major stages of the inference process in Fuzzy Expert Systems: fuzzification, inference and defuzzification. As an example was employed an Expert System prototype designed for establishing the optimal dosage of a medical treatment if there are known the evolutions of some characteristic symptoms.
