In our previous study we used molecular dynamics to evaluate the effect of the gamma-Abu insert on the conformational behavior of glycodendrimers during their synthesis on a solid phase.In agreement with experiment,we found that the insert has detrimental effect on their synthetic feasibility due to increased incidence of back-folding.
