Considerations Regarding the Principles of Criminal Legal Liability in Terms of the General Theory of Law in the Context of the New Romanian Legislation

One of the basic elements of human behavior, which ensures security of social relations, is the social responsibility. Be it in terms of adherents of natural law, which consecrated the divine right idea and the existence of a universal order, be it in terms of the historical school of law that launched the idea that law is the expression of the spirit of a people, "Volksgeist", we must recognize that the safety of social relations, the rule of law is ensured by compliance with the law. Legal liability occurs when a rule of law is violated, and establishing the specific type of liability shall be made by reference to the branch of law which corresponds to the violation produced.
