Study on the movable workstation of verification on biological treatment technologies of water pollution control

摘要

The movable workstation of verification on industrial wastewater biological treatment technology is constructed to handle insufficient and not real data problem in verification on the biological treatment technologies of water pollution control.By modifying overall 20 feet standard container with strengthening the heat preservation,adding shock absorber,water supply and drainage,ventilation and air conditioning,solar power supply system,disposing on-line water quality monitoring instrument,the first movable workstation of verification is finished.According to the set verification protocols controlling sampling pumps in industrial organic wastewater treatment technology field by programming,conveying water into online instrument across the pretreatment system on time,and data obtained according to the national standard test method analysis of water quality uploaded to the server,and then integrating other water quality parameters got by other instrument inside platform,design parameters,as well as economic operation data etc.,a variety of different data analysis results are obtained utilizing data processing software,finally an objective assessment conclusion is produced to the biological treatment technology according to the scientific assessment method.
