Teachers' knowledge management is one of the main forms of school knowledge management, is to improve the level of teaching and teacher professional development strategy. This paper explains the meaning of knowledge management, points out the importance of the development of knowledge management of university teachers, reveals the present situation of college teachers' knowledge management at the present stage at the same time, gives the countermeasures to solve this situation. With the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge management has been from the enterprise into the field of education, and has brought profound changes to education. "Knowledge-based society", makes the output of knowledge into exponential growth, then makes huge challenges for special groups of teachers who lead the knowledge frontier. To improve the ability of knowledge innovation and technology innovation, is the inevitable choice to promote China's modernization, but also the fundamental guarantee for the Chinese nation stand among the nations in the world. As college shouldering the personnel training task, should improve the overall quality of college students, and college teachers' innovation ability is an important factor that can not be ignored. Innovation comes from thinking, but thinking comes from the analysis and use of the knowledge. As a representative of advanced cultural knowledge, university teachers' the development level of personal knowledge management is closely related to the improvement of innovation capability.
