For over two years, the Pine Bend Refinery in Minnesota ha s been applying some basic concepts and tools to reduce the day-to-day at-risk behaviors we are performing across the site. In this presentation, we will briefly describe the analysis performed, the design and implementation approach executed, and some of the results experienced to date. The concepts behind these efforts are not new. We combined common ideas used by other companies into a program that was new to us and is producing results. On that merit alone, we felt it was worth sharing.
