The society puts forward higher standards for training translators. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers of various universities to explore a set of effective teaching methods to train professional translators who meet the needs of social development. At present, due to the outdated training model of translators, the translations of graduates cannot meet the needs of the translation industry. In the context of the new era, the society's demand for translation works has increased dramatically, and at the same time, new requirements have been put forward for the training of translation talents. “Bilingual plus skills” compound talents have become the characteristics of the new era. The new requirements have also promoted innovation in the training methods of colleges and universities, including cultivating teachers' teaching ability, innovating teaching methods, increasing students' practical opportunities, and setting language test goals, etc., in order to improve the quality of training translation talents.
