Disclosed are a disaster countermeasure training method capable of generating a training scene and a system thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the disaster countermeasure training method comprises the following steps. A disaster countermeasure training system specifies a location of a disaster occurrence and a type of disaster. The disaster countermeasure training system generates a training scene including at least one training mission corresponding to the type of the disaster and the location of the disaster occurrence specified by the disaster countermeasure training system.
