摘要

A magnetic field effects on carrier charge mobility in spin coated Fe(III)-Mesoporphyrin thin layer is presented. Sample is fabricated by spin coating methods on Cu PCB substrates at atmospheric condition. The procedure for a Fe(III)-Mesoporphyrin films deposition following the previous Electrical characteristic experiment. Then, the electrical property is evaluated by using the I-V measurement under external magnetic field. The I-V characteristic measure without magnetic field is considered as reference. Experimental result show that the I-V characteristic change when the measurement under a magnetic field. The gradient of the I-V curve also change with the increase of the magnetic field. That result indicate that the electric mobility decrease with the increase of the magnetic field. This is can be attribute with the carrier charge of the sample due to recombination process during under magnetic field.
