Xylitol is oxidized to xylulose under the catalytic action of xylitol dehydrogenase, so xylitol dehydrogenase is at an important position in the metabolism of wood pond. The paper discusses the extraction, structure, pear flower properties and coenzyme modification of xylitol dehydrogenase, and studies the cloning and expression of xylitol dehydrogenase gene XYLC to obtain Candida sheathe 20335. The xylitol dehydrogenase gene, the ADH1 terminator sequence of plasmid pKT0150 and the G418 resistance gene (Kannur), and the Saccharomyces cerevisiae W5 specific rDNA fragment. After Saccharomyces cerevisiae integrated vector as a skeleton, genetic engineering was used to construct a vector capable of repeated replication and integrated expression. The recombinant vector was linearized and transferred into Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
