Moore's Law is Ending: What's Next After FinFETs

From smartphones, robotics, augmented reality to machine learning, we have digitized every aspect of our lives which was possible due to powerful microprocessors. Transistors (FinFETs) are the core of these processors. This paper discusses challenges with FinFETs and as the industry reaches a breaking point of Moore's law, how the innovation of Gate All Around (GAA) devices could be a path to future.
