Due to the remarkable depletion of the oil layer, there is an acute shortage of petroleum products around the world. The alternative energy fuels such as hydrogen fuel, fuel from biomass, biodiesel, and coal water slurry are appearing as promising sources as their ability to replace fossil fuel efficiently. Coal water slurry (CWS), a concentrated suspension containing 60~75% coal, 25~40% water and approximate 1% chemical dispersants, has come to the limelight as an alternative choice for oil due to its high combustion efficiency, as well as convenience of handling and transportation[1-2].
