摘要

We report the detailed magnetic transport study of orthorhombic GdMnO_3 bulk ceramics synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method. The reported compound GdMnO_3 crystallized in orthorhombic pervoskite structure with space group Pbnm. The temperature dependence of magnetization under ZFC and FC mode of the reported compound reveals a little complicated magnetic behavior at low temperature around 10K which is better confirmed by studying the magnetic hysteresis loop. Above the irreversibility temperature (T_(irr)) the magnetization data fitted by Curie-Weiss law and obtained the effective magnetic moment.
