Simulation and Analysis of Movement of Alfalfa Seeds in the Air Screen Cleaner on EDEM

摘要

Air screen cleaner is the most widely used cleaning equipment in seed cleaning. Vibrating screen is the most critical part of the air screen cleaner. To analyse the motion of the seeds on the vibrating screen, the design of vibrating screen is important. This paper used EDEM software to simulate the movement of alfalfa seeds on the vibrating screen. The results may provide reference for the design of vibration screen.
