A study on the employees' perception meant to improve quality management on the enterprise level

Quality, namely the quality of the processes and of the results, is a very important competitive factor, which the firms do their best to obtain. In order to create and transmit quality, we need an efficient management. The aim of this paper is to identify the actual situation of the enterprises in Dambovita County, Romania, regarding the perception of the employees and of the managers on quality, quality improvement, measuring work quality, involvement in quality improvement, and the evaluation of the work satisfaction degree in order to increase quality and implicitly performances.
