摘要

Within the framework of the phenomenological theory of phase transitions, we consider properties of the Ba_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)TiO3 (BST80) film grown on a (111)-oriented cubic substrate. The film was revealed to exhibit three ferroelectric phases with different orientations of spontaneous polarization. It is shown that some piezoelectric moduli should demonstrate anomalous behavior near the phase boundaries.
