Poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P (VDF-TrFE)] copolymer were irradiated with different electron dose. After irradiated with 84 Mrad and 112 Mrad dose, the normal P (VDF-TrFE) copolymer were changed into relaxor. The temperature dependence of dielectric properties for 84 and 112 Mrad irradiated specimens were analyzed by the modified Curie-Weiss law and the infinite range model. It was found that compared with the 84 Mrad irradiated specimen, the relaxor behavior was enhanced for 112 irradiated one. Besides, the local order parameter decreased with increasing temperature and the sharper temperature dependence of the local order parameter for 84 Mrad irradiated sample was observed.
