The aim of this study was to demonstrate the need to improve the students' carrier management knowledge and the teachings regarding the necessity of seeing themselves as human resources and evaluating their capabilities from a manager's point of view. These are important for obtaining a better adaptation to the labor market requirements, using Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) principles taught and learned in the context of Higher Education Electronic-era(E-era). Nowadays students would become the future graduates, practically the product of Romanian Higher Education system. Their learning can be improved by applying modern E-teaching methods and techniques. A cross sectional survey was done on a convenience sample of 75 dental medicine students, that had to answer 25 opened and closed questions form, based on carrier's management, concerning e-learning and social responsibility principles. Students' answers showed that 70(93.3%) are not prepared to see themselves as future human resources, 72(96%) did not think that professional carrier can benefit from a management and carefully planning like any other business. 65(86.6%) of the students found odd the idea to evaluate from a manager perspective their professional knowledge and skills. Student's answers showed that 38(50.6%) students, 14(40%) 4th year students and 24(60%) 5th year students, could provide e-learning meanings accurate description, 64(85.3%) considering internet to be the main E-learning method, whenever they need to find additional information regarding a certain subject.
