One content server (201) receives and stores e-learning content by using a tool, and a curriculum module (202) generates a course by selecting the e-learning content of storage. One content providing module (203) receives speech request from student, provides e-learning content, corresponds to requested course, arrives student. One research and appraisal module (204) receives investigation evaluation information about e-learning content, determines grade for e-learning content.
