EVOH resins with high intermolecular/intramolecular cohesive energy usually show great gas barrier property. But very sensitive to moisture. Adding EVOH modifier masterbatch can improve EVOH's water vapor barrier directly. Adding EVOH modifier masterbatch reduces EVOH's water sensitivity, which enables EVOH to maintain better oxygen barrier at higher relative humidity environments.
