In this paper, the dynamics software ADAMS and the finite element software ANSYS combine to optimize the lifting structure of the buried garbage compression station, and the stress of the prototype is detected. After optimized, the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting structure significantly reduce. And the structure of section bars joint is concise, so the manufacturing process becomes simple, reducing welded defects. This optimized structure improves the economic efficiency, and can promote the use of other machineries.
